Can someone with mild Cerebral palsy be a nurse?

I have always pondered the dream of becoming a RN, I have been told it is not wise if you have cerebral palsy. My cerebral palsy is very mild I have a small limp but I can get where i need to go. I am really good at science. I love chemistry and biology and Psychology. My left arm is kind of weak but I can still do every day stuff like on my pants open bottles and hold down paper and even hold things like remotes or handles. My back is in really good condition, I have no arthritis and I am 19.I am currently enrolled in a paralegal program. I am also thinking about paralegal nursing.
