Do you know any type of programming system that you can download for free that is easy.?

I am beginning at programming and I have tried Python and Just Basic, but they are too confusing. I am not sure how to download Perl. Do you know any language that you can download, learn, and without using command prompt program (unless there is no programming system that you can use without command prompt). I am getting desperate because everything I have tried has not worked for me. Or do you know a really simple language like BASIC (I can't find it though) that I could use to program and game for some type of helpful program. (If there is a way to program and OS without working from Microsoft or Apple or IBM or UNIX or whatever I was REALLY appreciate it) Thanks! :)
