Travis barker plane crash.?

Is it possible gavin degraw was on the same plane that travis barker is on. I hate to say it But I think he is dead. I know for a fact the tail number on barkers lear was N999LJ. I had looked on flight aware and saw it in the arrivals. I had seen no other jets going to van guys,CA. This is where degraw should be heading. Why doesnt the FAA release the names of the last four people.
