I am a problem with the rear, right side turn signal. The bulb stays on all the timewhether the light sre on?

i mechanic for a living,,and is it possible it is the brake light switch stuck on it,,they will do this when they go bad,,that's the only thing that will have power on it when the key is off,and it will cause this ,,id check it,,if not you have a bad short in it somewhere from the front,,giving it power,,just start looking is all i can tell you.good luck with it,,i hope this help,s.
