Is this correct in Spanish? A series of recipes, and some of them don't sound right to me, help please!!?

you should put "350g de queso fresco"...the word rehogar makes no sense to me.....maybe u mean "freir" which means to cook the onions until they are golden, or say "cocinar" which is to cook....in the second recipe put an s on zanahoria and rallada(to make it plural)....i dont know what pimiento morron is...make sure that exists. instead of using a continuacion you could use "Luego" which means after or later. i dont think the word saltear exists. if u mean mix? put "mezclar"...ok that is all i have to say.lol.
