How do you determine whether a compound is an electrolyte or a nonelectrolyte using ionizability factors?

all of the group 1 ions and acetate and ammonium, no matter what they are part of an ionic compound with, they will always be electrolytes. ions such as silver ions are nonelectrolytes, but even if they are will group 1 ions, they are still electrolytes
