How much do managers make at chick fil a?

hi i just recently started a new job at chick fil a as one of the management team. Recently the owner/operator spoke to me about salary and said he agreed on me making around 25-26k. I think that is kinda low and when i check with other people, they are making way more than that and some managers are even getting paid hourly! why is the operator doing this? Do managers get paid hourly? How much do they usually make? I feel like i am getting low balled here..
