How to study efficiently?

I didn't do well in my last exam. I guess it's because I always felt like I didn't have much time. I procrastinated a lot. Besides, my timetable didn't work, probably due to the fact that I wanted to finish everything fast. I worried a lot, I wanted to score well and be the best in cl. I didn't achieve anything.
