I am stuck in my life again, how do I survive this time ?

Ok, sounds like you need a job. Just do one thing at a time. Send out your resume, keep trying. You sound like a very mature person. You've survived much already. Your past has made you the strong person that you are today and yes, mom is right in that you can do what you set your mind to do so dont be afraid to succeed, sometimes you're already winning and you cant see it. Rather than seeing that you're stuck, could it be you've got an opportunity to go bravely forward and get out on your own. Find a job that you like, even if its not in your field and try your wings and soar.
