Uhh i have a problem with my contact lenses?

almost every time i put on my contacts it always hurts... i check for lint... either i dont see it or it doesnt come off the contact... but even when there is none... it feels comfortable first then it starts feeling like theres something in there... so i take it out and rinse and rub and repeat and do all that stuff... and it STILL HURTS... ughghhhhh im so sick and tired of it and i dont want to stop wearing contacts but what do i do???
