How should i stock this tank?

its a 30g tank and well be slightly planted with around 5-7 live plants. most likely anubias, aponogeton bulbs, jave moss, jave fern, water sprite, and maybe a moss ball. so for sure my male dwarf gourami is going into that tank and for sure my 3 platies are going in there too they got a spot guaranteed in the tank because i already got them in my 10g tank. i also want to get cherry barbs for sure and cories for sure. and i wanted to get some glofish but they dart around the tank too much so instead of glofish if i dont get them what can i get instead of those? how about white clouds or do they NEED to have colder water can they be in water thats 76F? and maybe 5 ghost shrimp. i got this medium cave for hiding and this terra cotta pot for the shrimp and cories and in the other side of the tank it will be like the jungle part all the plants will be there to make part of the tank heavily planted.
