Serious mature answers only--zits around l area?

I am a very clean person but today while I was in the shower I noticed what look like little pimples (red bumps with a white center). There isn't many of them maybe 10 max and they aren't near my or opening AT all-that area is clear! They are mostly up where your legs crease on each side and out on my tigh a little bit--like I said there's not a ton just a few 6 on one leg maybe 5 on the other or so...I also have some on the top part like across my crotch where there's just hair--i just shaved down there but I don't know if that has anything to do with it! I have been ual active but faithfully with one person and ALWAYS use a condom! I popped one them and it just bleed--like I say they aren't big--but on each side of my legs that are close to my l area you can see and feel like prickley bumps but they are same color as my skin and I'm guessing those maybe just be like prickely heat bumps because poor l areas don't get a l ot of air! I have no pain or anything and I get a pap test every year, just had mine not 2 long ago and it came back normal and 2 weeks ago I just had a pelvic exam and got tested for StDs, not sure which ones but doc said everything looked normal and test was ok which I don't think these zits where there then, I know I always get bad razor irration and some of it IS from that but just wondering if we can get zits down there from lack of air etc...... Please don't freak me out I'm a hyponcdonraic anyway thanks
