Tail Docking on my 33-days old puppy.?

Your puppy needs to be seen by a vet, sounds as tho you have an infection, you don't want to develop other serious and fatal complications. I would avoid the tail docking if at all possible this is what dogs use to balance themselves besides I personally feel it is cruel.
