We have 2 dogs at are house,they are both male,and one of the dogs(bauer) is more dominant and more agressive?

and it seems he kinda llikes to play agressively,unlike kovi.and when he feels like the other dog (kovi) is threatening him or trying to take his bone for instance he will start fighting to the point they are almost both out of breath.it realyy scares us.oh and they are both a year old and bauer is a black lab. and kovi is a golden retriever,they get in fights pretty often.we have tried them with a water bottle and they like it!!what do we do????
