Wedding reception in Monterey?

I am looking for a indoor or outdoor place to have a wedding reception in the Monterey Carmel Area. I am not a millionare so money is a factor. I am really hoping for an outside place, I have even thought about the beach but am afraid it may be to cold and windy. please give some suggestions
