Im 36 weeks pregnant and I went for my checkup yesterday. The Dr. told me I had a large amount of white blood cells in my urine and gave me antibiotics. She said she was going to order another ultrasound to be done but gave me a referral to go have it done at the hospital. So I went in today and asked them if I needed to make an appointment for it and they said since it was a stat i didn't. so i went where the radiology department was and they told me since there were 4 people waiting to have a stat ultrasound i was going to have to make an appointment so they gave me one for the following wednesday. That left me wondering what is a stat ultrasound and why would you need to have one done at this far along the pregnancy since I already had my last ultrasound when i was 7 months and i thought they only do 2 throughout the whole pregnancy. I didn't sk this question to my Dr because i thought it was just to check the positioning of the baby. Do I have Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder?

Ever since I was young, I've been obsessed with keeping things tidy, but these last few years, I've become violent whenever I see things out of order. For instance, when I see lint on my carpet, I pick it up, then I see another lint, and I eventually bring out the vacuum and clean my entire room. But I also swear, yell, grumble, grunt, kick and bang things while doing this. It's gotten to the point that I've started yelling at my mom just for being in my room? I feel so ashamed, but then I see her touching my things (because she borrows my computer) and I feel like everything she touches is dirty, and I have to clean it. I nitpick at everything she does, like when she sneezes, I hand her a tissue right away, then I disinfect my whole desk, then clean my entire room again, swearing and yelling again (I try not to let her hear me/see me in this way), but she knows I'm like this...and she says things like, "What's wrong with you?" I know I have a problem, I just don't know what kind. I want to fix it, and I don't want to appear like a mad woman because no one understands me, or I don't understand what's wrong with me. Please tell me, what kind of problem do I have? OCPD? OCD? Anxiety? Nothing? How can I improve myself? Thank you for any help in advance.

How to make a good omelet? Ours keep coming out wrong... 10 POINTS?

for extra fluffiness you want to add milk in with the eggs before you pour them in the pan. I usually make my omelets by first mixing 2-3 eggs in a drinking gl with a fork, then adding and mixing in a splash of milk (the more the fluffier). after that i chop up all the stuff i want to put in it such as bell peppers, olives, roasted garlic, and onion. I also chop up some block cheddar cheese(much better than grated cheese because grated cheese is covered in cornstarch to prevent it from clumping, but it kills the flavor). I then spray some organic pam or put some olive oil on my skillet and get it heating and then look for spices to put on my omelet(i would reccomend garlic salt, basil, celery salt, fresh cracked pepper, fresh cracked sea salt, and a little bit of cayene pepper. By now the skillet is usually hot so i throw the mixed together eggs and milk on and wait a minute or two, ocasionally swishing he skillet around to distribute uncooked egg. After it's almost completely cooked, but still not quite, throw the chedder chees on and then (have the fillings you want to put in chopped up in advance) throw he fillings on top of that. Then you can sprinkle some basil, garlic salt, celery salt, and/or whatever you want on the omelet. after that fold the omelet over in half and cook just a little longer if you want (30second through 1 min.) when this is done, set it on a plate and sprinkle the salt and pepper on top or again, whatever you want and you should be done. another thing i like to do is serving it with ketchup or bbq sauce on the side along with lettuce.

I've read Into the Wild. It's a good book. I chose to read it from my reading list because it was short (like 200 pages) and the most modern one on my list. My cordless laptop mouse doesn't seem to hold the battery in place very well?

My cordless, battery powered mouse is virtually brand new. I only used it a handful of times before it just stopped working. I figured the battery needed to be changed out so I bought a new battery (size AA) and put it in, but still the mouse wouldn't turn on. Later my husband looked at it and he says it's not holding the battery right. The battery kinda wiggles around in the slot, rather than fitting snug. But if you press the battery up angainst the mouse wall, the light comes on. How to load ISO with PSP 5.50 Gen D-3?

do you have 2 8gb icrosd card into a dual slot converter? the microsd cards wont allow u to drag and drop a file so large into a folder on the card. you can only drop it on the root.i dont know why, u can read the reasons on the net somewhere. i tried this also with my nintendo ds acecard. i just know that you have to like trick it by either zipping the folder and then moving it onto the card and unzipping it, or moving it like inside another folder. its hard to explain, but it works. also you have to change the movie from iso to mp4, thats what video file the psp reads. you also should use umdgen to compress the iso into a .cso. you just go up top and choose output then .cso. what else. you play the iso by putting it into the folder (everything sounds right that you did so far) and when u unhook ur usb, go to whatever the second to last choice is on the psp screen, like after pics and video but not wifi stuff, i guess its games or something ( i havent played mine for a while) and scroll down and there sould be a list of the ios's you put in the folder. also you have to press the select on to change the settings to m33 driver and the speed which should be 333 whatever and read mem stick instead of read iso. if you still dont get it email me and i'll go get my sons psp and try to help

How do I remove all partitions from an external hard drive?

You can use a program called gparted, boot from the cd and change the drive to any configuration you want. If you just want to wipe the drive you can use Dban, it will wipe he drive clean then you can use any of the os that you mentioned to format the drive. I have used both and really like them and they are Free. Good Luck

Multiple Sclerosis.....please help?

Mty friend has suspected MS.....it's been suspected for over 2 years now but the docs haven't got her any further forward with a diagnosis as they say sometimes it doesn't show up until it's progressed more.....thing is she's getting so down as she has other health issues as well.....on top of this she's had to take time out from uni and she's only 22 and sees others getting on with their life when hers has been brought to a standstill. What makes it worse is that her neurologist who is supposed to be one of the top guys in the country is dodging all her questions and refuses to help her move forward but keeps insisting on appointments even though they aren't getting her anywhere then on her last two appointments, one of his juniors (a consultant doctor rather than a professor like him) has said bluntly to my friend "I think it's all in your head". Is it just me or is that unprofessional as she wouldn't have been referred to such a high up person after 2 years of progressive symptoms if she was making it up. The doctors also refuse to doent any of the conversations as there have been things said which put them in a bad light....is this illegal. Anyone who has any advice on how my friend could get better help please let me know. She lives in Northern Ireland but I'd say if it was worthwhile, she'd go to England for a consultation!?

My DVR isn't working, and I've already tried replacing the Hard Drive! Help!?

I have a Samsung S4120R DVR. It gets as far as "Powering Up" but doesn't go any further. I was told it was a hard drive issue so I went and bought another one and installed it. But, this one does the same thing! I keep hearing this electronic buzzing in about one second intervals. I have no idea what else it may be! I'm not sure if the hard drive I bought is correct for my DVR. It's a Western Digital Caviar Se 160GB. I ume hard drives are the same whether for your computer or for your DVR, but I could be wrong. 6 month old daughter's doctor apointment today!?

I work at a doctors office...they normally ask all her milestone questions....making sure she can sit up...if she can crawl yet...if she is doing well on baby food....they will check out to make she she is developing ok....her height and weight.....if she dosent laugh too much yet that is normal...she is still learning! As long as she is cooing and yelling that is a good sign! I wouldnt worry! She will laugh on her own time! But def todays visit will be all about milestones and just the doc getting to know her a little to make she is developing at normal rate! Which sounds to me like she is doing just fine! How would you attach a plywood camper floor to a steel frame?

I am in the planning stage of a small teardrop camper. I want to work out as many of the details as possible before actually building it. So far my biggest concern is attaching the camper body to the steel frame. The floor is going to be built with plywood with a fibergl/epoxy outer skin. What would be the best fasteners? Would you want an adhesive and/or cushion between the frame and floor? How much would the floor need reinforced at the attachment points?

4 year old potty training, HELP PLEASE!?

My son is 4 yrs old and has been fully potty trained for over a year now. He doesn't even wet the bed at night! But, this past month we have had some problems with him. He is going into the bathroom and pooping everywhere. This has happened 5 times now. He gets it on the floor, wall, himself, and even smears it on the toilet with his hands. Every time I have had to scrub the entire bathroom and him. This is making me crazy. I feel like he is to old for this and wonder if this is just being spiteful or an accident. But I mean how many "accidents" can one child have! Like I said he has been fully potty trained for the last year with NO accidents. I just don't know what to do from here. Why did my friend get cervical cancer?

A friend of mine in the last few years has won the battle with cervical cancer. Although cervical cancer is often thought to be caused by HPV, smoking, or prolonged use of birth control, she seemed to be an exception since both she and her husband were always monogamous, neither smoked, and she never used birth control- rather, she had always struggled with infertility. However, a couple years after her cancer, we discover that her husband has been involved in questionable activities for at least a year or two, possibly much longer. So I wonder, what is the chance he was unfaithful after all a number of years back and he infected her? I am 99.9999% certain she never was unfaithful, or engaged in premarital or extra-marital . Or is this whole thing just a giant coincidence? What do you think?

You need to speak to your landlord about it, you should have already. Doent the damage and what you do to fix it. Your landlord has a responsability to you as his tenant to care of problems. However, the neighbor is at fault and they have a responsability to your landlord as the homeowner. Sounds to me like your landlord needs to know what is going on so he can approach the neighbors. If they are cooperative then they can deal with it directly, but if not, then he may have to sue them for damage and report the dogs to the animal protection society in your area.

Am I going to have a miscarriage?

Im 15 weeks pregnant and monday night my husband and I were having and I started bleeding alot but I didnt have any pain or anything. We both freaked out and rushed to the ER, I was in hysterics thinking we had killed the baby. So we rushed to the hospital and I had blood tests done and a pelvic exam and they checked the babys heartbeat, but that was it I thought they would do an ultrasound or something. Anyway blood tests came back and she said my hormones were really high for how far along I was. Is that bad? But everything else came back ok urine test and pelvic exam, babys heartbeat was good and strong. She said she removed a blood clot when she did the pelvic test. And her conclusion was that having burst a blood vessel on my cervix and that everything was ok expecially since I didnt have any pain. Does that sound right? They said im considered a threatened miscarriage now and not to have or use tampons or anything pelvic. Im worried I called back and they said everything was ok and I didnt need to come in as long as I stopped bleeding and didnt have any pain. If they said I have a threatened miscarriage wouldnt they want to see me? Whats the chance I will have one? Im a first time mom and ive never gone through this, im scared, can someone give me advice? :-(

My son was the same way. Honestly, it sounds like you've done all you can. Your son still needs to be sitting backward - facing at his age but he doesn't like it, so all you can do is tough it out. Once he's a year old and at least 21 pounds, you can turn the seat around if you wish. As tempting as it is, don't turn it around before then as he needs to ride safely. I am a very clean person but today while I was in the shower I noticed what look like little pimples (red bumps with a white center). I'm 15 and recently got a job working for an ice cream store because there isn't an age limit in ice cream. You can also try life guarding, but most clubs won't hire kids under 16. I recommend working for either an ice cream store or some other local store because big name stores don't usually hire kids. Grocery stores are also good because they hire bag boys at a young age.

What would be a fair price for the lumber from a good condition old barn and a corn crib?

I live on a farmstead in Central Illinois and have a large barn (43'x53'x36'high) that is in good shape except in a couple spots where the roof has gave in. I also have a solid corn crib (23.5'x36.5) that needs to be torn down. I have taken some of the lumber to two local lumberyards who identified it as cedar. I am 22 and have had joint pain for years,i broke out with sores on my leg and dotors think it maybe sarcoidosis. The rhumetologist put me on the steroid prednisone. She said if i did gain weight it would be very little.now i have been on the meds for a month and i am 20 pounds overweight.none of my jeans or bottoms fit. only pj's. What could be causing trembling in my chest and shoulders along with weakness and loss of appetite?

About 2 months ago I started getting odd unpleasant sensations across my chest and upper back, trembling and loss of appetite. When this happens I feel somewhat weak and need to lie down. I've had 6 different blood tests, upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, CT scans of pelvis, abdomen and chest that were all normal. I had an stress echo test that was abnormal, but a follow up angiogram was normal. Thyroid function tests were normal also. Could there be something neurological going on?

there is numerous things you can do to get rid of stress, and good for you for not wanting to take drugs to help get rid of this stress...precription drugs are for people who need it, and it just sounds like you need a destresser of some kind. painting is a good one, or exercising your stress and frustration out is another good way. right now when I get stressed, I just start working on the house I live in. It's in much needed renos and I do what I can while feeling stressed, and you wouldn't believe how much can get done when you're angry or stressed. Anyway, take time for yourself (I know it's hard to do)..but I am sure there is someone who can watch your kids and help you out a little at least. I have been taking prednisone for about 3 weeks. I think I have a moon face. My face is all puffy. And I was just wondering how long will it take will it take for my face to go back to normal if I stoped taking prednisone now. And what do I have to do to get my face back to normal again. This is the second time I had the moon face. Two years ago I had steven johnson syndrom and I had to take prednisone for the pain.
